These guidelines are intended solely for use by law enforcement agencies and/ or authorized government officials seeking user or transaction-related information in connection with ongoing investigations. They do not apply to private individuals, civil disputes, or private investigations.

We will acknowledge and respond to requests within 12 hours of receipt.
Submitting a Request for Information:
We collect, process, and store data in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable regulations, including KYC (Know Your Customer), AML (Anti-Money Laundering), and mandatory record-keeping obligations.
To enable us to share information with investigative authorities, the request must include:
Legal Authority: A valid notice under Section 91 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973; or any equivalent provision under Applicable Law; or a court order directing Zayment to provide information;
Official Letterhead: The request must be issued on the official letterhead of the investigating police station or enforcement agency:
Officer Identification: A clear, scanned colour copy of the investigating officer’s government-issued ID card must be attached to enable Us to confirm authenticity of the request;
Case Summary: A brief overview of the investigation, including background details and specific information sought (such as user details or transaction references). This helps us expedite processing of such requests, and to provide accurate information. In order to facilitate such requests, We may request additional details to ensure We can meaningfully respond to the information requests.
Retention of Information: All requests and any information shared with law enforcement will be securely maintained in accordance with Our Privacy Policy and Applicable Law.
